​Our vision is to see women rise above fear, limitation, and doubt stepping boldly into the life God has called them to live. We believe every woman carries influence, and when she walks fearlessly in her calling, she transforms not only her own life but the lives of those around her
Toun Fadugba
Toun Fadugba is the host of the Fearless Women’s Conference – Houston, and a multi-faceted leader with over 25 years of success in the Oil & Gas industry as an engineering and IT professional. She is also the founder of Éclante, a contemporary interior design firm that reflects her creative excellence. An ordained minister and passionate teacher of the Word, Pastor Toun is known for her authenticity, insight, and empowering voice. She has ministered at women’s conferences across the U.S. and internationally, inspiring women of all ages to walk boldly in their God-given purpose with faith and excellence.

Our Story
The Fearless Women's Conference began as a vision to create a safe space for women to be strengthened spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. Over the years, it has grown into a transformative gathering marked by deep worship, inspiring messages, and life-changing encounters.
